Although most of us accept the changing seasons without question, we put pressure on ourselves to maintain a 'year-round summer' when it comes to our happiness.

By thinking this way we put massive pressure on ourselves to keep the good times (summers) going for as long as possible. We also potentially make the lows feel worse and last longer - and we miss valuable opportunities to learn from them.

In this episode I explore the different 'seasons' and discuss how each one adds something the others cannot.
