Isabelle talks about high functioning anxiety and low functioning anxiety and how these present in our day-to-day lives. She offers wonderfully practical tips about when and how to slow down and allow ourselves the space and time we need to rebalance energy, refocus attention and figure out what's really behind the manic to-do lists or the fears that cause us to retreat.

I found this conversation fascinating, inspiring and also incredibly practical, particularly for people who feel they 'should' be happy but are struggling to feel it.
