For many of us, the critical voices in our minds can become damaging enough to drive us into a downward spiral that ultimately leaves us feeling depressed and powerless.
That's what happened to me recently and is also the reason I haven't recorded a new podcast episode in over 3 months.
If you're feeling depressed and you're judging and criticising yourself, I hope this episode offers some inspiration to start moving towards self-compassion and kindness.
I have more to learn about these things and will share any tips and ideas that help along the way.
